Hello, I just had to post about a truly great experience I had with the Delta Airlines Amsterdam Office. Honestly, I wasn't holding out much hope because I've had spotty luck with airline offices in the past, but this time was different. Delta really came through. I was in Amsterdam on a work trip when I realized that I had to advance my return flight by a few days because of a family crisis. I had attempted to do it on the app and online, but I experienced some technical problems. I was somewhat stressed out and anxious when I went into the Delta office, but the individuals there completely reversed my day. The office itself is simple to find and has a friendly vibe. It's obvious they're equipped to handle both tourists and locals — signs were in several languages, and the employees were extremely multilingual. I didn't have to wait long at all before someone called me up, and the agent who assisted me was just fantastic. She listened, asked the right questions, and got to work immediately. In roughly 20 minutes, I had a new ticket booked, seat chosen, and even a voucher for the change fee due to my SkyMiles status.
