What a great experience at the Delta Airlines Paris Office. I was traveling with three of my closest friends, and we dropped by the office to confirm our return flight and enquire about bag policies. Not only were we greeted with professionalism, but the whole visit was a deluxe service. The agents were absolutely wonderful, attentive, and very knowledgeable. They assisted us in changing one of our tickets because of a scheduling conflict, and it was accomplished efficiently without any stress. One of the things that stood out was the individualized care—great travel tips were given, and they even identified several lesser-known benefits of our Delta bookings that we were not aware of. Their local knowledge assisted us in organizing our visit to the airport much better, saving us a lot of time. We were also presented with printed itineraries, lounge access information, and even some nice Delta-branded swag. It was a very considerate touch that made us feel valued. I really didn't anticipate such complete and compassionate service from an airline office, but Delta absolutely hit the mark. Thanks for making our departure from Paris smooth and memorable!
