My group of friends and I had such a good experience at the Qatar Airways Lusaka Office last time that I felt compelled to leave a review. We were booking a trip for a party of five and required help with our bookings so that we would all be on the same flights and have seats together. The office staff made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. We were made to feel welcome from the time we entered. The staff was highly cooperative and replied to all our queries patiently — from baggage allowances to dining choices and even how things were at Doha International Airport when we had a layover. They also assisted one of our friends in upgrading her ticket to a more flexible one, which reassured her if her travel plans changed. The office environment itself was peaceful and well-kept, and the entire encounter felt extremely professional but also friendly. We were not hurried whatsoever, and we really enjoyed the time they took to ensure that all was well. You just don't find this level of customer service anymore.
